المادة (1): نطاق التوصيل ومدته

نقوم بالتوصيل داخل الكويت ودولياً. وداخل الكويت تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المنطقة ونوع خدمة التوصيل التي يختارها العميل.

تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب المنطقة وتُعرض قبل إتمام الدفع.

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، تقع أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد على عاتق العميل، وتختلف المدة والتكلفة وتُعرضان قبل الدفع.

المادة (2): الاستلام

تنتقل المخاطر إلى العميل عند التسليم. يُرجى فحص العلبة عند الاستلام والإبلاغ عن أي تلف خلال 48 ساعة مع إرفاق صور وفق «سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال».

المادة (3): القانون واللغة

تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة الكويت والمرسوم بقانون رقم 10 لسنة 2026. والنسخة العربية هي المُلزِمة قانوناً.

Article 1: Delivery Coverage & Times

We deliver within Kuwait and internationally. Within Kuwait, delivery time varies by area and by the delivery service the customer selects.

Delivery fees vary by area and are shown before payment is completed.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility, and time and cost vary and are shown before payment.

Article 2: Receipt

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect the box on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours with photos, as set out in the Return & Exchange Policy.

Article 3: Governing Law & Language

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026. The Arabic version is the legally binding one.
