تحكم هذه الاتفاقية عملية شرائك للعبة «الانتخابات» عبر الموقع alentkhbat.com. وبإتمامك للطلب ووضع علامة الموافقة، فإنك تُقرّ بأنك قد قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت عليها.
المادة (1): هوية البائع
البائع: شركة فري لانس للتجارة العامة والمقاولات - رقم السجل التجاري: 106316.
العنوان: محافظة العاصمة، القبلة، قطعة 011، قسيمة 11/000، شارع علي بن سالم، مبنى الشيخ علي عبد العزيز الصباح، الدور 2م، محل رقم 45 (الرقم الآلي للعنوان: 22582822).

المادة (2): معلومات المنتج
«الانتخابات» لعبة بطاقات ورقية استراتيجية تنافسية.
عدد اللاعبين: من 3 إلى 6 لاعبين، بالإضافة إلى «حَكَم» واحد يتولى إدارة كشف النتائج وتطبيق القوانين.
الفئة العمرية المُوصى بها: 12 عاماً فأكثر. وهذه توصية تتعلق باستيعاب قواعد اللعبة فقط وليست قيداً يتعلق بالسلامة؛ فالمنتج لا يحتوي على أي أجزاء صغيرة أو مخاطر اختناق أو محتوى ضار، ويمكن لمن هم أصغر سناً اللعب تحت إشراف.
أبعاد العلبة: 15 × 20 × 5 سم. بلد الصنع: الكويت والصين. لغة اللعبة: العربية والإنجليزية.
محتويات العلبة: علبة اللعبة؛ ورمزا استجابة سريعة (QR) مطبوعان عليها - أحدهما للوحة النتائج (القيد) والآخر لدليل قوانين اللعبة؛ و174 بطاقة لعب مقسمة إلى: 70 بطاقة حركية (ضمن خمس فئات)، و79 بطاقة أصوات، و25 بطاقة مناطق.
المادة (3): السعر والدفع
سعر اللعبة 15.000 د. ك، شامل لأي رسوم مطبَّقة، ولا تُضاف عليه أي ضريبة. وتُعرض تكلفة التوصيل قبل إتمام الدفع.
تتم جميع المدفوعات إلكترونياً ومُقدَّماً قبل التوصيل عبر بوابة UPayments المرخَّصة من بنك الكويت المركزي والحاصلة على شهادة PCI-DSS من المستوى الأول، وتشمل «كي نت» والبطاقات الائتمانية. ولا يتوفّر الدفع عند الاستلام.
لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات بطاقتك؛ إذ تتم معالجتها بالكامل لدى مزوّد خدمة الدفع.
المادة (4): التوصيل
نقوم بالتوصيل داخل الكويت ودولياً. وداخل الكويت تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب المنطقة ونوع خدمة التوصيل التي يختارها العميل.
تختلف رسوم التوصيل حسب المنطقة وتُعرض قبل إتمام الدفع.
بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، تقع أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب استيراد على عاتق العميل، وتختلف المدة والتكلفة وتُعرضان قبل الدفع.
المادة (5): الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يحق للعميل الرجوع عن الشراء خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن يُعاد المنتج بحالته الأصلية القابلة لإعادة البيع.
ونظراً لأنه لا يمكن التحقق من عدم استخدام البطاقات بعد فتح الغلاف البلاستيكي، يُشترط لقبول الاسترجاع بسبب العدول عن الشراء أن يكون الغلاف سليماً وغير مفتوح. والمنتجات المفتوحة لا تُقبل للاسترجاع في حالة العدول عن الشراء.
في حالة الاسترجاع بسبب العدول عن الشراء، يتحمّل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن. ويُرد المبلغ كاملاً بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج والتحقق منه.
ملاحظة: المنتجات المعيبة (بطاقات تالفة/بطاقات ناقصة) تُقبل حسب كل حالة عند التواصل مع الإدارة، وتتحمّل الشركة كامل تكاليف الشحن في هذه الحالة. ويُرجى الإبلاغ عن أي عيب أو تلف خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور. وفي حال نقص إحدى البطاقات من علبة مغلقة، يكون الحل باستبدال البطاقة الناقصة لا باسترجاع المنتج و في حال عدم توفرها يتم استبدال المنتج.
المادة (6): حدود المسؤولية
«الانتخابات» منتج ترفيهي يُستخدم لغرض التسلية. وتقتصر مسؤولية الشركة، في أقصى الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، على قيمة المنتج المدفوعة.
ولا تتحمّل الشركة أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عرضية ناشئة عن استخدام المنتج. ولا يؤثّر هذا البند على أي حقوق قانونية إلزامية مقرَّرة للمستهلك.
المادة (7): الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الطبع والتصميم والعلامة التجارية والرسومات ومحتوى بطاقات لعبة «الانتخابات» مملوكة لـشركة فري لانس للتجارة العامة والمقاولات، ويُمنح العميل حق الاستخدام الشخصي فقط. ويُحظر نسخ المنتج، أو إعادة إنتاجه، أو تقليده، أو بيعه تجارياً دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
المادة (8): إخلاء المسؤولية عن محتوى اللعبة
«الانتخابات» لعبة استراتيجية ترفيهية بحتة، وأي تشابه مع أحداث أو أشخاص حقيقيين هو محض مصادفة غير مقصودة. والمحتوى مخصَّص للّعب على الطاولة لغرض التسلية فقط.
المادة (9): البيانات الشخصية
نجمع الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل وبيانات الطلب لغرض تنفيذ طلبك والتواصل معك. وتتم معالجة بيانات الدفع لدى مزوّد الخدمة UPayments ولا نخزّنها. ونحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات للمدة التي يقتضيها القانون.
المادة (10): إلغاء الطلب من قِبل البائع
يحق للشركة إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون أو تكرار الطلب، مع رد المبلغ المدفوع كاملاً.
المادة (11): القانون وتسوية النزاعات
تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين دولة الكويت، بما في ذلك المرسوم بقانون رقم 10 لسنة 2026 بشأن تنظيم التجارة الرقمية. وتُحال أي نزاعات إلى الجهات المختصة لدى وزارة التجارة والصناعة (لجنة المخالفات ولجنة تسوية المنازعات) والقضاء الكويتي.
المادة (12): التعديلات واللغة
يجوز للشركة تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتسري النسخة المنشورة على الموقع وقت الشراء. والنسخة العربية من هذه الاتفاقية هي النسخة المُلزِمة قانوناً، والنسخة الإنجليزية للاسترشاد فقط.

This agreement governs your purchase of the "Alentkhbat" game via alentkhbat.com. By completing your order and ticking the consent box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Article 2: Product Information
"Alentkhbat" is a competitive strategic card game.
Players: 3 to 6, plus one Arbiter who manages the results sheet and enforces the rules.
Recommended age: 12+. This relates solely to understanding the gameplay and is not a safety restriction - the product contains no small parts, choking hazards, or harmful content, and younger players may play under supervision.
Box dimensions: 15 × 20 × 5 cm. Country of manufacture: Kuwait and China. Game language: Arabic and English.
Box contents: the game box; two printed QR codes (one for the scoreboard & one for the game rules manual); and 174 playing cards comprising 70 action cards (across five categories), 79 vote cards, and 25 region cards.
Article 3: Price & Payment
The price is 15.000 KWD, inclusive of any applicable charges, with no tax added. Delivery cost is shown before payment is completed.
All payments are made online and in advance of delivery through UPayments - a gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait and certified PCI-DSS Level 1 - including KNET and credit cards. Cash on delivery is not available.
We do not store your card data; it is processed entirely by the payment service provider.
Article 4: Delivery
We deliver within Kuwait and internationally. Within Kuwait, delivery time varies by area and by the delivery service the customer selects.
Delivery fees vary by area and are shown before payment is completed.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility, and time and cost vary and are shown before payment.
Article 5: Returns & Exchange
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in its original, resaleable condition.
Because the cards cannot be verified as unused once the plastic wrap is opened, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the wrap is intact and unopened. Opened products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and verifying the product.
Note: Defective products are accepted on a case-by-case basis upon contacting management, with the company bearing all shipping costs in that case. Please report any defect or damage within 48 hours of receipt with photos attached. If a card is missing from a sealed box, the remedy is replacement of the missing card, not a return of the product, and in the case unavailability the product is exchanged.
Article 6: Limitation of Liability
"Alentkhbat" is an entertainment product used for recreation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company's liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
The company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the product. This clause does not affect any mandatory statutory rights of the consumer.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
All copyright, design, trademark, artwork, and card content of the "Alentkhbat" game are owned by Freelance General Trading & Contracting Co. The customer is granted a right of personal use only. Copying, reproducing, imitating, or commercially reselling the product without prior written permission is prohibited.
Article 8: Game Content Disclaimer
"Alentkhbat" is a purely recreational strategy game, and any resemblance to real events or persons is entirely coincidental and unintended. The content is intended for table play for entertainment only.
Article 9: Personal Data
We collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and order details to fulfil your order and communicate with you. Payment data is processed by the provider UPayments and is not stored by us. We retain transaction records for the period required by law.
Article 10: Order Cancellation by Seller
The company may cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, an out-of-stock item, or a duplicate order, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Article 11: Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on Regulating Digital Commerce. Any disputes are referred to the competent bodies at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (the Violations Committee and the Dispute Settlement Committee) and the Kuwaiti courts.
Article 12: Amendments & Language
The company may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the website at the time of purchase applies. The Arabic version of this agreement is the legally binding version; the English version is for reference only.
