توضّح هذه السياسة حقوق العميل في الاسترجاع والاستبدال وشروطهما وإجراءاتهما.

المادة (1): حق الرجوع خلال 14 يوماً

يحق للعميل الرجوع عن الشراء خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج دون الحاجة إلى إبداء سبب، بشرط أن يُعاد المنتج بحالته الأصلية القابلة لإعادة البيع.

المادة (2): شرط الحالة

نظراً لأنه لا يمكن التحقق من عدم استخدام البطاقات بعد فتح الغلاف البلاستيكي (الشرنك)، يُشترط لقبول الاسترجاع بسبب العدول عن الشراء أن يكون الغلاف سليماً وغير مفتوح. والمنتجات التي فُتحت لا تُقبل للاسترجاع في حالة العدول عن الشراء، مع بقاء حق الاسترجاع قائماً في حالة العيب.

المادة (3): إجراء الاسترجاع

للاسترجاع، تواصل معنا عبر واتساب على الرقم 22280938 خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام للحصول على الموافقة وتعليمات الإرجاع، ثم أعد إرسال المنتج.

المادة (4): رسوم الشحن

في حالة العدول عن الشراء، يتحمّل العميل رسوم إعادة الشحن. أما في حالة العيب، فتتحمّل الشركة كامل تكاليف الشحن.

المادة (5): رد المبلغ

يُرد المبلغ كاملاً بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج والتحقق منه، دون أي خصومات.

المادة (6): المنتجات المعيبة

تُقبل المنتجات المعيبة حسب كل حالة عند التواصل مع الإدارة. ويُرجى الإبلاغ عن أي عيب أو تلف خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور توضيحية.

المادة (7): نقص البطاقات

في حال نقص إحدى البطاقات من علبة مغلقة، يكون الحل باستبدال البطاقة الناقصة لا باسترجاع المنتج بالكامل.

المادة (8): أحكام عامة

تخضع هذه السياسة لقوانين دولة الكويت والمرسوم بقانون رقم 10 لسنة 2026. والنسخة العربية هي المُلزِمة قانوناً.

This policy sets out the customer's rights, conditions, and procedures for returns and exchanges.

Article 1: The 14-Day Withdrawal Right

The customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason, provided the product is returned in its original, resaleable condition.

Article 2: Condition Requirement

Because the cards cannot be verified as unused once the shrink-wrap is opened, change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the shrink-wrap is intact and unopened. Products that have been opened are not accepted for change-of-mind returns; the right to return remains in cases of defect.

Article 3: Return Procedure

To return, contact us via WhatsApp on 22280938 within 14 days of receipt to obtain approval and return instructions, then ship the product back.

Article 4: Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost. In cases of defect, the Company bears all shipping costs.

Article 5: Refunds

The full amount is refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and verifying the product, with no deductions.

Article 6: Defective Products

Defective products are accepted on a case-by-case basis upon contacting management. Please report any defect or damage within 48 hours of receipt with explanatory photos attached.

Article 7: Missing Cards

If a card is missing from a sealed box, the remedy is replacement of the missing card, not a return of the entire product.

Article 8: General

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026. The Arabic version is the legally binding one.
