تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لموقع alentkhbat.com وشراءك للمنتجات منه. وبإتمام أي طلب فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

المادة (1): الأطراف والقبول

البائع هو شركة فري لانس للتجارة العامة والمقاولات (سجل تجاري رقم 106316)، ويُشار إليه بـ«الشركة». والعميل هو أي شخص يتمتّع بالأهلية القانونية للتعاقد ويقوم بإجراء طلب عبر الموقع.

المادة (2): الطلبات

يُعدّ الطلب مقبولاً بعد تأكيد الدفع وإصدار إشعار التأكيد. وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو نفاد المخزون أو الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام، مع رد أي مبالغ مدفوعة.

المادة (3): الأسعار والدفع

تُعرض الأسعار بالدينار الكويتي شاملةً لأي رسوم مطبَّقة، وسعر اللعبة 15.000 د.ك. وتتم جميع المدفوعات إلكترونياً ومُقدَّماً عبر بوابة UPayments المرخَّصة من بنك الكويت المركزي، ولا يتوفّر الدفع عند الاستلام. ولا تخزّن الشركة بيانات البطاقات.

المادة (4): التوصيل

يتم التوصيل داخل الكويت ودولياً. وتختلف المدد والرسوم حسب المنطقة ونوع الخدمة، وتُعرض قبل إتمام الدفع. وتتحمّل الطلبات الدولية أي رسوم جمركية. وتنتقل المخاطر إلى العميل عند التسليم.

المادة (5): الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يحق للعميل الرجوع خلال 14 يوماً من الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية القابلة لإعادة البيع والغلاف البلاستيكي سليماً. وتُفصّل الأحكام الكاملة في «سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال» المعتمدة، وهي جزء لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

المادة (6): الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق لعبة «الانتخابات» — التصميم والعلامة والرسومات والمحتوى — مملوكة للشركة، ويُمنح العميل حق الاستخدام الشخصي فقط. ويُحظر النسخ أو التقليد أو إعادة البيع التجاري دون إذن كتابي.

المادة (7): حدود المسؤولية وإخلاؤها

«الانتخابات» منتج ترفيهي، وأي تشابه مع أحداث أو أشخاص حقيقيين هو محض مصادفة غير مقصودة. وتقتصر مسؤولية الشركة على قيمة المنتج المدفوعة، ولا تشمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية. ولا يمسّ ذلك الحقوق القانونية الإلزامية للمستهلك.

المادة (8): الخصوصية

تُعالَج البيانات الشخصية وفق «سياسة الخصوصية وحماية البيانات» المعتمدة، وتُحفظ سجلات المعاملات للمدة التي يقتضيها القانون.

المادة (9): الشكاوى

يمكن تقديم الشكاوى عبر واتساب على الرقم 22280938 وفق «سياسة الشكاوى» المعتمدة.

المادة (10): القانون الواجب التطبيق والتعديلات واللغة

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت والمرسوم بقانون رقم 10 لسنة 2026 بشأن تنظيم التجارة الرقمية، وتُحال النزاعات إلى الجهات المختصة بوزارة التجارة والصناعة والقضاء الكويتي. ويجوز تحديث هذه الشروط، وتسري النسخة المنشورة وقت الشراء. والنسخة العربية هي المُلزِمة قانوناً.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of alentkhbat.com and your purchase of products from it. By completing any order, you agree to these terms.

Article 1: Parties & Acceptance

The seller is Freelance General Trading & Contracting Co. (C.R. No. 106316), referred to as "the Company." The customer is any person with the legal capacity to contract who places an order via the website.

Article 2: Orders

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation notice is issued. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, out-of-stock item, or suspected misuse, with a refund of any amounts paid.

Article 3: Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar inclusive of any applicable charges; the game price is 15.000 KWD. All payments are made online and in advance through UPayments (licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait); cash on delivery is not available. The Company does not store card data.

Article 4: Delivery

Delivery is within Kuwait and internationally. Times and fees vary by area and service type and are shown before payment. International orders bear any customs duties. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Article 5: Returns & Exchange

The customer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt provided the product is in its original, resaleable condition with the shrink-wrap intact. Full terms are set out in the adopted "Return & Exchange Policy," which forms an integral part of these terms.

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All rights in the "Al-Entkhbat" game — design, trademark, artwork, and content — are owned by the Company; the customer is granted personal use only. Copying, imitation, or commercial resale without written permission is prohibited.

Article 7: Limitation & Disclaimer

"Al-Entkhbat" is an entertainment product, and any resemblance to real events or persons is entirely coincidental. The Company's liability is limited to the price paid and excludes indirect or consequential damages. This does not affect the consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

Article 8: Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the adopted "Privacy & Data Protection Policy," and transaction records are retained for the period required by law.

Article 9: Complaints

Complaints may be submitted via WhatsApp on 22280938 in accordance with the adopted "Complaints Policy."

Article 10: Governing Law, Amendments & Language

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on Regulating Digital Commerce; disputes are referred to the competent bodies at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Kuwaiti courts. These terms may be updated; the version published at the time of purchase applies. The Arabic version is the legally binding one.
